Dan Yorke, the owner, came to our house and listened to our thoughts about color and placement. The next day he brought 7 different samples of exotic woods with an install estimate for each. After living with the samples for a few days and gaining input from others, we chose our wood. Dan recommended the matching wood vent which is a must for any quality installation. The installers, Barry and his crew, were real craftsmen. They exceeded our very picky, with excessive attention to detail, expectations. I am so thrilled with my new hardwood floors. I am an elderly senior with chronic respiratory issues which sends me to the hospital every year! Since Danville Hardwood installed my hardwood floors I have averted the hospital! Danville Hardwood and their installers were wll aware of my condition and took care to be fastitious with their installation and clean up each day. They were so professional yet attentive, giving me that personal touch that is hard to find. Living here for over 30 years, I did not relish the moving of all my antiques, computers, china, etc but they handled everything with such care! |
